SAD NEWS AS FAMILIES IN OMOKU SET THE BURY THEIR LOVE ONES WHO HAVE CROSSED OVER TO THIS 2018

It was a rain of tears in Omoku, in Ndoni of Rivers state, Nigeria, as some suspected unknown gunmen opened fire on people, said to be coming back from cross overnight at the early hours of Monday, 1st January 2018.

It is a usual celebration all over the world that 31st December is said to be a cross overnight for all livings beings including children and adult. Christians normally go to church to give thank to God for sparing their lives to see the end of the year and also to commit the new Day, Month, and  Year to God for another safekeeping. Other religions do similar things while others gather in either bear parlor or stay vigilant for the last hour of the 31st December and to also witness the first minute of the new year.

It was a different story altogether for these yet unidentified bodies as suspected unknown gunmen opened fire on them thereby terminating their various wishes for the year 2018.  As of the time of this report, efforts to reach their families was abortive since those around were unable to speak due to the shock of the sad news.
